  • CO2 for Demand Control Ventilation (DCV): You can save 40 – 80 % energy cost by installation Indoor Air Quality CO2/VOC Sensors and controlling the Fresh Air Damper. The idea is to maintain the CO2 concentration at 1000 ppm all the time. This application mainly finds use in buildings, offices, conference rooms, cinema halls, hotels, etc. For such application, you are looking for CO2 Sensors n the range of 0 – 2000 ppm with analog output 0 – 10 V or 2-10 V which can be directly connected to the Ventilation Actuator

 

  • CO2 for OH&S Application: Here you need CO2 Sensor with higher concentration to say 0 – 4 % Vol  (40,000 ppm) or 0 – 5 % Vol (50,000 ppm). They find applications in Gas Storage Areas, CO2 fire suppressant systems, mining, CO2 capture and storage, beverage industries, Cellars/Pubs, Wineries, Gas production and storage areas including laboratories where they store large quantities of CO2, etc. Here as per the Work Cover Exposure Standards, the system needs to generate Alarms at 5000 ppm (STEL) and at 30,000 ppm (TWA)for the safety of human beings. Online Gas Monitoring System For Hospital And Hotel Application
