We are pleased to offer CO2 Sensor Transmitter for Refrigeration Systems in India.

Exchangeable sensor including digital value processing, temperature compensation and self control for the continuous monitoring of the ambient air to detect CO2.
The sensor cartridge SC2 includes a CO2 sensor element with infrared sensor and an amplifier as well as a μController for measured values processing. The IR measuring principle with integrated temperature compensation ensures highest accuracy, selectivity and reliability despite the long calibration interval. In the μController, all the data and measured values of the sensor element are stored fail-safe and transmitted digitally via the local bus to the sensor board SB2 or MSB2. The calibration management is also integrated in the μController of the sensor cartridge.
Calibration is done either by simply replacing the sensor cartridge or by using the comfortable, integrated calibration routine directly at the system.
APPLICATION
The PolyGard®2 Sensor Cartridge is used for the detection of CO2 leakages in dispensing and refrigeration systems.

Monitoring Gas Concentrations in Laboratories

Our Door Entry Module DEM-06 is specially designed for monitoring gas concentrations in laboratories or any such closed rooms.

Several experiments are conducted in a university, research or medical laboratories. Depending upon the applications there are many different gases that are used in various laboratories and hence they are equipped with gas storage cylinders and pipelines. These gases are often toxic, flammable or combustible and any leak from a gas cylinder or a pipeline can cause potential fatal incident. Any gas leak could be a potential threat to the safety of personnel working within the laboratory.

Our door entry module DEM-06 in combination with our DGC-06 makes your laboratory a safe place to work within. The module DEM-06 controls the access to closed laboratories, ensuring the safety of the employee working in the laboratory.

The DEM-06 can monitor the alarm situations of the DGC-06 systems via the RS-485 bus. Up to 128 relay information bits can be used via the field bus to control alarm displays and warning outputs. Configuration can be done via the password protected keypad to get level and project independent structure without specific programming knowledge.DEM-06 offers simple and fast commissioning due to pre-configuration with standard parameters.

Hydrogen gas detector series is highly robust, industrial grade,non-flameproof, flameproof, or explosion proof gas detector for hydrogen LEL or flammability monitoring. It is used for online, continuous monitoring of hydrogen flammable concentration in %LEL  terms in ambient air or in duct or pipeline. It is ATEX EEx’d’ certified with SIL 2 safety integrity level for hazardous area installation Zone 1 and 2.

The sensor transmitter offers linear, proportional analog output in industry standard current signals, over measuring range of 0 ~ 100 % LEL (lower explosive limit). MSR Germany Carbon Monoxide (CO) Detectors and Transmitters save energy costs by controlling ventilation equipment (Fan) in areas where high concentrations of CO may present serious health problems.  Various building and occupancy codes require that ventilation fans run 100% of the time in enclosed areas, such as parking garages, unless a CO monitoring system is installed in that particular areas .

The MSR Germany Carbon Monoxide Detector/Transmitter has an excellent sensing unit (Electrochemical – Gel Type Sensor Cell ).  As carbon monoxide levels increase, contacts are provided to actuate ventilation equipment (Fan) and an audible internal alarm will activate if CO levels continue to rise.  Since ventilation equipment is only required when CO levels are elevated, energy costs for HVAC operation are significantly reduced. 

 Carbon Monoxide Transmitter is used to provide a proportional analog signal to the Multi-Input Control Panel or a Building Management System (BMS).
